Spice model for STW12N170k5

Hi there,

Can anyone direct me to a Spice model for the STW12N170k5 power MOSFET?

I’m relatively new to using LTSpice so any guidance on how to apply a more precise model to the default M1 model would be appreciated.

I attach the circuit so far (D1 is in the wrong place and haven’t updated that yet).
