Hello there,

I have a question regarding TSC101 amplifier. Will it work if current will flow through the sense resistor in a reverse direction? I was wondering either it is possible to use it like this:

Instead of a classic high side sensing configuration like in the datasheet. I would appreciate all help.

Hello,

Actually, the TSC101 is a mono directional amplifier, so it won't give any current indication if current flows in the opposite direction (output voltage of TSC101 is clamped to zero in this case).
