Hi,

I'm doing a design with TSV630. VCC+ is 3.5 V and VCC- is GND and GAIN=1. What is the minimum Voltage for the SHDN pin to switch the device on? I couldn't find a formular in datasheet. In Datasheed there are only mentioned the different minimum SHDN Voltage for VCC =1.8V and VCC= 5V.

You can expect the minimum value is VCC-0.5V, i.e. 1.3V at VCC=1.8V and 4.5V at VCC=5V. So it will be 3V for your design with 3.5V.

But anyway, the datasheet states:

The operational amplifier is enabled when the SHDN pin is pulled high [i.e. to VCC]. To disable the amplifier, the SHDN must be pulled down to VCC-.

Does it answer your question?
