What is the difference between the timer TS555IDT and TS555IDTTR ?

Hello,

I would like to know the difference between the timer TS555IDT and TS555IDTTR.

Following the datasheet, it corresponds to the specific requirements : -TR for custom version and blank for public version.

However, it is not explained the difference.

Are they identical ? Is there a difference in terms of characteristics ?

Don't know what datasheet you are referring to, as I can't find the words custom version or public version in either a very old (2003) or the most recent one (2015).

The TS555IDT and the TS555IDTTR are absolutely identical, no difference in terms of characteristics.

In the past there were different temperature ranges (consumer: 0...70°C, industrial: -40...+125°C, military: -55...+125°C) as well as different packages, this has been reduced to only the industrial version of the SO8 package.
