What's The difference between TSZ122IST and TSZ122IYDT?

Good morning,

I want to find alternative part for TSZ122IST . we check the data sheet and find out the TSZ122IYDT. But we didn't saw the difference between them.

Please support to explain this case

Both are identical according to the datasheet, but

• TSZ122IST: -40 to 125 °C
• TSZ122IYDT (1): -40 to 125 °C automotive grade

Footnote (1): Qualified and characterized according to AEC Q100 and Q003 or equivalent, advanced screening according to AEC Q001 & Q002 or equivalent.
