Hi,

I have the following setup. I'm using the SPC5604 at 8MHz, FAB and ABS pins are set to boot from CAN. A dedicated CAN probe is used from a PC to perform the CAN boot protocol. According to ST's application notes and datasheets I must sent my messages at 200kbds.

First I send the default password 0xFEEDFACECAFEBEEF to CANID 0x011 and according to the application note I shall receive an echo of this message at CANID 0x001. Unfortunately I do not receive any messages. Then I try to send address and size... still no answer.

Did somebody know why? What did I missed?

Hi,

What you posted looks like a FSL part number, anyway it is not complete, it should be followed by a B or P letter. Also, could you please point me to the application note you mentioned?
