continuously resetting the spc56b controller , using due stk debugger for debugging ,not able to flash new code , how to this issue.?? please refer attached screenshot .

It seems to be a reset escalation issue.
1) Push on Reset button
2) Click on Reset with PLS (Debug) and very fast release the Reset button
3) You should take the hand and reflash again
