Couldn't monitor voltage in eval l9963.

Recently i bought the eval l9963 bms board from st. As i was playing with it with a 4 cell li-ion battery connected in series. I'm trying to monitor the battery using the STSW gui software. I connected the batteries as per the user guide connected it to co,c1,c13 and c14 respectively. Also provided the vbatt and gnd. But i'm getting the voltages abruptly. Each cell consists of 4 volts, total volt is 16. But the monitor shows only upto 11.5 volts. That too the c0 is under voltage at 2.5v ,c1 is over voltage at 5.8v,c13 is 0 and c14 is 3.6v. Could any experts guide me what i'm doing wrong here.

Shouldn't this be in the Power Management section ?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
