Flashing directly into MCU

Hello Experts,

I have AEK-MCU-SPC5LNK debugger and want to flash .hex/.out file directly into controller SPC582B.
how can I do this. please share necessary step guide. I don't want to use any IDE like using debug mode to dump the code.
