I downloaded the license file from https://register.hightec-rt.com/st/spc5x. But the 1-year license will not be activated. What should I do?

    RLM_LICENSE (%HTC_LICENSES%) seems to be incorrect.

    Copy your licence file in c:\SPC5Studio-6.0\licenses

    Could you change the environment variable RLM_LICENCE like below ?
