How to Start With Discovery Kit for SPC58NG

We want to work start on AUTOSAR domain. So, We are ordering Discovery Kit for SPC58NG Development board. We have some queries as below,

1. This board is suitable for AUTOSAR Standards?
2. Basic SIP is provided by ST or not along with development Board?
3. Evolution Tool (SPC5 Studio) is free or not?
4. Any other Tool or Kit need to purchase along with this?
