else what are the alternatives for programming and debugging?

Unfortunately there is little or no info. on this processor on the ST website

Doesn't look SPC5 related.

Other than CM3 core I'd imagine this runs a build of Embedded Linux​, you're likely going to want to interact more directly with the sales team for this part to get an NDA, SLA and support side figured out.

Yes, not SPC5 related, but it was the closest category when posting question.

Not necessrily with embedded linux, MCU part with Cortex M3 core is of interest in this question.
