Location System Memory Base Address location for FlexRay

I am currently working on the FlexRay driver and wondered, where do I have to put the base address?

In my opinion, it seems that I have to lay the base address in the system RAM area. I therefore found System RAM 1, which has a lot of free storage. Is this the right approach, or where do I have to lay the base address?
