MPC56 and SPC56 microcontrollers

I have 2 questions.

SPC560P50L5 and SPC563M64L5 microcontrollers from ST with which microcontrollers from NXP are compatible (in terms of functions and pins)?

Can the output hex file from the MPC56 and SPC56 microcontrollers be replaced?
