Query in FMEDA Analysis performed for SPC58xNx

We are implementing application software in performance core. So, we are bound to do FMEDA analysis,

  *   Is there a FMEDA analysis performed in SPC58xNx hardware from your side?
  *   All failure detections which are carried over in performance cores (core which doesn't have lock step core).
  *   Self-test, core monitoring and logical monitoring is done for all the cores?

May I get any documents related to failure analysis for this micro-controller.

If there are any documents from your side, then it would be easy for us to proceed further.
