I need one part no of MCU which will meet automotive standard and have MCU 32-bit ARM Cortex M0+ RISC 512KB Flash 2.5V/3.3V 32-Pin, 512 KB flash Memory, 64 MHz clock rate and operating temperature is -40 to 125 °C.
