SP5C studio v6 not launching

Hello! I'm new to SPC5 studio. I just downloaded and installed the software. when I try to launch it, nothing happens.

my laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 320, i5 7th gen, 8gb ram, Windows10

what I tried:

-I tried launching in compatibility mode(windows 7,vista)

-Restarted my Laptop

-Tried complete reinstall

-Tried downloading again and reinstalling

None of the above solved the issue, the thing is I don't even see any error messages. It just doesn't launches. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance
