SPC5 and using SPC572L we have problem with DPLL channel 16 - SPC5_GTM_DPLL_ACTION_ID_15 not working

Our SPC572L application are using both MCS1 & MCS2 connected to DPLL and ATOM it works well on all 16 channels except the last one: channel 16 "SPC5_GTM_DPLL_ACTION_ID_15" if we change to ch17 "SPC5_GTM_DPLL_ACTION_ID_16" it runns fine but we need to use all 24 channels soon with the SPC572K device.

 

Is there a known workaround?
