my.st.com DOWNLOAD LINK ERROR: SPC5-Flasher download link is pointing to the old v1.0.3 of uFlasher instead of the v2.6.1 from SPC5-Flasher...

Yes , there is an issue.

the zip file has been updated; now the link correctly points to the 2.6.2 release.
