SPC5 Studio sample, GHS build

I'm trying to build the SPC5 Studio SPC582Bxx sample project using GHS.
I'm getting a lot of syntax errors in the *.s files.
Do I need to manually fix these errors?
What's the simplest way to build GHS?

I recommend not use CDT except if you rebuild your Makefile from scratch
