I am using SPC560P50L5 microcontroller.
Can I code with MPC560 microcontrollers and CodeWarriorIDE software and transfer the hex file to SPC560P50L5 microcontroller???

SPC560P50L5/MPC560P is the same family;
just you have to take care the pin settings.
