SPC564: access external RAM

Hi,

I'm trying to access external RAM with my SPC564A80.

But when I step thru my code, the execution stops (hangs), as soon as I try to load from ext. RAM.

I've checked setting up the MMU and the CS, but couldn't improve the situation.
What else should I check?
