SPC582B-DIS (Can't establish connection to target)

I bought this spc582b-dis board. Successfully uploaded the code to the board a several times.After a while I couldn't connect the board to the ude. This message shows up when I'm trying to connect the board to the UDE . (Device manager isn't showing any issue with the drivers as well). I have attached the images of the error message and my development board here.

Could you check your device manager if PLS UDE Drivers is well installed on your windows ?

The driver is present in c:\Program Files (x86)\pls\UDE Starterkit 4.10\Driver\JtagUsbDriver\
