SPC58EC with CAN BUS and UART

Hello dear Engineers.

I am using SPC58EC Dev. board and want to use CAN BUS and UART in the same time. I can send Enter command from my keyboard to SPC58EC board via USB to TTL module (TX RX pins). But how can i do that, when i press enter it can send CAN BUS message and i can read from CAN1 port (DB9) with PCANView. Does anyone experience about this and can help me please ?
PS. I can run Serial and CAN Test Application Samples seperately and I want to combine the two
