SPC5Studio is Licensed or free??? what is the procedure to buy license???

Actually I want to use Discovery Kit for SPC56 B line with SPC560B54L5 MCU in my project and I need SPC5Studio Software tool for configuration and all. So please provide me some information like Software License is free or need to purchase?? If need to purchase then cost or procedure??

Software SPC5Studio is free. There are many Compiler but gcc is free
