SPC5Studio Login information

I am using SPC5Studio with SPC560D MCU for a long time. From couple of days back, when I start the SPC5Studio application it asks for the login information (user name and password) for three different urls. Please find attached images for the same. This was not required earlier. What information is required to provide there? From where to get the user name and password? Has any one experienced this? Failure to login is preventing me from getting latest updates.

Your earliest help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello Mike,

Did you try to switch between native and direct connection in the network preferences ?

Yes..I have set the 'Network Connections->Active Provider' to 'Direct'. This was asked by Erwan in regards to one of the post for getting the patch downloaded. What settings are required?

Hello Mike,

no particular setting is expected, as those update sites are not requiring any credentials to access them.

You can check entering http://spc5.drive.cloudforge.com/projects/spc5releases/SPC5Studio_Update_Site in your favourite internet browser or (even better) inside SPC5Studio, using Window/Show View/Other.../Internal Web Browser

Maybe you are using a proxy that prevents your from getting access to internet?

Thanks for the information. Can you please clarify what action or steps I do need to rectify the issue?

Regarding the update site link, I checked SPCStudio and it is already present there!
