SPC5Studio MarketplaceDiscoveryStrategy failed

Hello,

I have a very similar problem to that asked by

on May 3, 2016. I have just installed SPC5Studio 5.7.1 and am attempting to use the Eclipse Marketplace to download the PowerPC-VLE GCC compiler as per the SPC5Studio installation instructions. When I click on Help->Eclipse Marketplace..., I (eventually) get a connection timeout:

failed on Connection timed out: connect.

I cannot access this URL via a browser. I cannot access

/external-link.jspa?url=http%3A%2F%2Fmarketplace.prod.spc5studio.com%2F

either. But I can access the software update on

http://spc5.drive.cloudforge.com/projects/spc5releases/SPC5Studio/updates5

.

Is there a current issue with the Marketplace? Alternatively, does anyone know what the URL is for the PowerPC-VLE GCC compiler so that I can point to it directly?
