describes a flash library intended to be used with JTAG on the SPC5 family, which we would like to use for our CI. However, we have not found the library itself anywhere.

Is there any direct link available for downloading the library? Also, is the source code available?

you can find this driver in SPC5Studio Tools Suite

you have to install Flash Drivers Component from the update site
