Tools required for "AEK-AUD-C1D9031".

Hi

I came across  “AEK-AUD-C1D9031” which contain “SPC582B60E1”. For this I am looking for Flashing tool and Debugger with software.

While searching for flashing tool and Debugger with software, I came across “SPC5-UDESTK USB/JTAG adapter” and  “SPC5-UDEDEBG for a perpetual, full-feature, unlimited code-size license”. Mean while I came across the UAD2pro.

 

Can anyone  please explain "UAD2pro" and how can I use it.
