Unable to find file DTM_UART.hex in installation of STSW-BLUENRG-DK ?

There is no file named DTM_UART.hex  in the installed folder of STSW-BLUENRG-DK.I reinstalled 2 times. please guide and there is no proper mention of the connections required in AEK-COM-BLEV1.pdf.
