What is the reason for this "could not access" error?

I'm using SPC560P50L5 MCU, and the SPC5 studio. as the debugger UDE STK 5.0.

I can't reproduce the issue on my side.

Can you please try the following step:

1. Switch on the board and connect to the computer
2. "Uninstall device" PLS USB JTAG Adapter for SPC5xxx A and B with "device manager"
3. Unplug the usb wait few seconds and plug again
4. Check driver is well installed and try again with UDE STK 5.0

Please let me know if error is still reproduced.
