The program has been in irqSysHalt at the time of clock initialization, the clock initialization failed, but I don't know why? Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Sorry , i do not see any screenshot.

your PC (program counter) should show irqSysHalt

with the debugger you can check LR (Link register)

check the clocktree in SPC5Studio.
