characters are broken in putty sonsole with ST-Link (COM3)

It's weird. I successfully connected COM3 (UART) with ST-Links between Window10 PC and ST IoT board (B-L475E-IOT01A1). However, I got the unexpected situation as follows. How can I fix this issue? Welcome to any comments and hints. It would be helpful to me at least.
