Cubeai "validate on desktop"

I want to extract accuracy via "Cubeai". I can give multiple inputs and observe the results, but I cannot determine accuracy. What should the "Validation outputs" file look like? What should it contain and how should it be organized?

The model analysis report and validate report are attached. The model takes float as input and gives float as output. Could this be the reason why it cannot calculate accurately? How should my output file be edited for float?
