I don't think this is a community question. A better option would be to go support page and open a ticket.

You will get someone who dig a little into your problem and find someone to help.

Oddly, even though the Imaging group is part of the Mem and Sensors group, we are working out of the foundry in France, not Italy. Odd how that works.
