Line numbers in source code blocks

It would be useful to be able to specify the starting line number in a source code block; eg, see:

(Yes, there are plenty of more pressing issues with code blocks - this is just a "nice to have")

Thanks for your suggestion! I take it under review and will get back once there are news. Currently I can not give you any promise on timelines.
