is there a limit to max 5 PM messages or whats wrong here ?

After 4 PM  a limit is here ? Never write again ? or?

Indeed, there are certain flood controls in place. Flood controls are in place to help combat potential spam.

Let me check if I make some adjustments. Will keep you posted.
