This post is response to this post

https://community.st.com/t5/community-guidelines/how-to-write-your-question-to-maximize-your-chances-to-find-a/ta-p/575228

Ideas:

1. Auto insert link to this 'how to' guide to the body of new post.

2. auto insert into title some variation to "Briefly describe your problem (~10 words max)"

3. Auto insert fields/form template to fill in by user eg MCU, platform, tool version etc.
