ST Website Downloads not working

What is going on with STM's website.  No downloads work.  I am on a new PC, no addons, latest Chrome.  Based on my experience in the last 2 years and looking the ST Community, this is a recurring problem.

 

I can download packages thru STM32CubeIDE on an existing installation on another PC.  Those same packages (like TouchGFX) will not download via their website.

 

ST is a huge company with many resources.  I am not interested in continuous workarounds.   I am not interested in spending hours of my time trying to download something that should take 5 minutes.

 

I know the files are "there" in some bucket.  It really seems like ST isn't capable keeping a working website.

 

Why should I even use STM's products if it's going to be a huge headache every time just trying to get software? What choice do I have but to phase out existing designs and abandon ST on new designs?

I am sorry to hear that you have been facing download issues on st.com, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are aware that there are periodic download issues, and we are working on fixing the root cause.

It is of highest priority that the process of downloading software from our site is seamless and accessible. We do not want to stall any eligible users who want to utilize our software.
