It wold be great if you doing plane text insert without this _tupid

box

when pressed Ctrl+v

Have a nice time, ST team

and this message I had:

"Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied."

No, whenever I encounter these boxed pastes, often from within the page, I get the HTML failing warning. It's not the use of bad words.

I get these boxes occasionally, and had not really figured the mechanics, was just frustrated and broken.

Tips, Buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal VenmoUp vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

Likewise.

It's not the forum - it's a Windows "feature".

EDIT

and a Windows feature which is widely despised:

You can use Ctrl+Shift+v to paste plain text instead that will be displayed without formatting of any kind.

Yes, that's definitely available in Chrome (see the other thread:(

but is it universal across all browsers?

I think it's fairly new on Chrome?

Works on Chrome, Firefox for the last decade or more. Less for Edge since it didn't exist for that long. What else is relevant?
