The referenced document above is referring to GNSS modules with regards to GNSS Jamming detection (3-bit ADC converter, AGC and ANF).

What extra hardware does the GNSS module have internally which is different than using only the TESEOIII IC as a solution for Jamming detection?

Sorry but the document is addressing both TeseoIII chip and Teseo Module because all the Anti-Jamming capability are inside to the chip or the firmware.... not related to special component on the module.
