Is there any parameter in improve accuracy ? position way out about 30 miles

So I played with the devkit and everything is ok..

I made custom board for a project and my position is way out by at least 30 miles?

I wonder if i am missing something or my antenna is not that good?

Check any translation of NMEA DDDMM.mmmm to DDD.ddddddd forms, the 60 vs 100 division can result in many miles of offset. Arcminute about 1852m
