Hello, We have a requirement of measuring distances accurately between 1mm and 10mm. We tried both the VL6180X and the VL53L0X, but these didn't meet our requirements. Are there other sensors that we could evaluate for our requirement?

We continue to work to improve our accuracy numbers, but currently we just don't have anything.

Interesting - so for an application that is looking for ~1mm accuracy over a 10-40mm sensing range, ST does not recommend a VCSEL in their (current) product offering?
