release note for vl53l8cx_buffers.h

The "vl53l8cx_buffers.h" file bundled with X-CUBE-TOF1 seems to have been updated several times, but I would like to know what problems have been fixed in each version. Please let me know in which document the revision notes is listed.

We are not sharing a release note for each and every file so you won't be able to find such a document in the package.
There is a releaseNote associated to the X-Cube-TOF1.
