Reliability for VL53L0CX

I'm using VL53L0CXV0DH/1 within the construction of a more global solution and would like to have information about its reliability.

Can you please help provide reliability information like Failure rate, Lifetime, MTBF, Warranty for the product?

We did an analysis and I've included it.

It makes a really bold claim that the sensor will outlive you by a really long time.

But I'm guessing that is a failure of the statistics.

We tested hundreds of sensors for hundreds of hours at elevated temp and voltage.

And we got no failures.

With zero failures, you really get an outrageous statistical estimate.

But it's a good thing. It's a really solid sensor.
