VB1940 Pinout

I am currently working with a camera module using VB1940. I could not find a detailed pinout or pin definition in the official documentation. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me with that.

The pinout information available in our documentation refers specifically to the sensor itself, including the bare die or OBGA package.

If you are working with a camera module uses a flex cable or board-to-board connector, the pinout of that module is typically defined by the module manufacturer. We recommended contacting the module supplier directly to obtain the exact pinout.

I actually need the pinout for the VB1940 sensor itself in the OBGA package.
Could you please advise where I can find the official OBGA pinout, or share the document if available?
