VL53L1X: calibration flow

Hello,

I have a question regarding the calibration flow.

I have narrowed the RoI to my needs and adjusted the timing/intermeasurement budget and I am using short distance mode.

My question now is whether I have to use the same settings when calibrating the sensor, or whether the calibration has to be done without these settings.

Cheers,

Daniel

The best way to make the calibration better is to use the exact parameters use to range when doing the calibration. So set the ROI and then do the calibration. Offset and Crosstalk. And if you have more than one ROI, do the calibration on both and change the calibration whenever you change the ROI.
