Is there any way to get the signal rate for each individual SPAD of the SPAD array ?

Unfortunately not. There is too much data at the lower levels of the design and it gets aggregated at a pretty low level.

And I'm not sure that data would do you much good. Some of the SPAD are occluded (partially covered). This helps with particularly bright, close targets and high ambient light.

But what you can do is to use the adjustable Field of View and take data from 4x4 regions. You will probably only get 13 Full equivalent SPADS out of the 16, but it might help. Then divide the total signal rate by the number of SPAD to get a Signal-per-SPAD rate. Keep in mind that this is a 'per second' rate - and if you probably only ranged for 30ms or so.
