Unlike other distance sensors, these Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensors have a multitude of highly significant parameters to consider in addition to accuracy, which are emphasized throughout the documentation provided by ST. This makes it reasonable to thoroughly understand their operation and highly advisable to read the available documentation.
