What is the intensity of the IR lens on the VL6180XV0NR/1?

We are using this sensor to measure the distance between the sensor and a human eye.

I need to know if this is a safe tool to use in this matter

The FDA report has that number in Joules per square meter or some strange units.

I've included the result in the snippet below.
